SELENIUM MTK - MEP

Selenium MTK – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Systems

The MEP systems of the Selenium MTK project were designed to ensure operational reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance of the residential building. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions were developed in close coordination with the architectural planning of the project.

Heating and ventilation systems were calculated to provide standard indoor climate conditions for both residential units and common areas. Electrical and low-current systems were designed with a focus on safety, load distribution, and uninterrupted operation. Plumbing and drainage systems ensure stable performance under continuous residential use.

The MEP concept and technical coordination were carried out by Heptagon Group, resulting in a comprehensive and regulation-compliant engineering infrastructure.
